“We recently engaged the services of Ken O’Connell to change the old fuse box in our house. This was based on a recommendation from a family friend for whom Ken had completed a similar job. Ken arranged to call on a Saturday at 9:30am to view the job and discuss our options. He told us that he would have a quotation to us on Monday morning.
At 9am on Monday morning I received his quotation which we were happy to proceed with. He booked the job in for 3 weeks later on a Wednesday morning at 9am. On that day, at 8:55am, the doorbell rang!
While carrying out the work he was very tidy and professional in the way he went about it. When he was finished he gave us a certificate for our records which was the first time I ever received a certificate from an electrician. I will be using Ken as our family electrician from now on and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest tradesperson."
